Refund policy

All feeding sets, teethers and pacifiers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Items can only be returned upon being issued a return ticket number, issued by thebambolinaboutique.com.

Please contact contact@thebambolinaboutique with your order reference number and explain whether you would like to exchange an item for another one or if you would prefer a refund, explaining any issues or concerns with the product if unsatisfied.

The refund does not include the shipping portion. It is limited to the purchase price of the item, including taxes. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued within 30 days of your purchase.

Shipping a return item is at the client’s expense. Pack items carefully in a box suitable for shipping, with appropriate protective packaging if applicable.

Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. The Bambolina Boutique will not be responsible for items that do not arrive.
