Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, at which our team will prepare, package and dispatch your order. All orders ship from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

Our shipping timeframes are fairly accurate, although shipping time estimates may be subject to unforeseen delays. Once you are ready to place your online order, you will have multiple shipping options at check out at which you may decide which arrival time works best for you. Our 1-2 business order processing time is not included in this time frame.

You are responsible for providing the correct and up to date shipping information. To avoid returned packages, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. You will be responsible for full shipping costs if your order is returned.

When your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note, by purchasing our products you consent to any international custom fees your parcel may be subject to, as The Bambolina Boutique is not responsible for any additional custom costs.
